Rent Payments / Mailing Address/Dropping-off keys etc.

Payments can be mailed to our mailing address or dropped-off at the address below. However, we prefer that you request a payment slip from us and pay with cash at 7-Eleven Stores or Ace Cash Express.

If dropping off your rent payment or keys (Dropbox@UPS Store), please make sure that the box number (#131) is clearly written on the envelope along with the our name before handing it to  employee. Please provide your information as well

If the rent due date falls on a weekend or a holiday, please make sure that rent payment is delivered to us on a business day prior to due date or please use free online portal to make a payment online.

Once a rent payment is late in a given month, we cannot accept personal checks. You will have to use cash slip to pay the rent.
